Howdy,
I’m at a place in life where things are constantly evolving. Last Tuesday, I started 30 day experiement where I’m documenting my days in writing and video.
It’s as an experiment in living from intuition.
I came to Argentina two months ago to play soccer. That wasn’t it.
This is the next evolution. These next 30 days are my way of discovering what that is.
When the horse wants to go left
Living guided by intuition doesn’t make for the easiest life.
But it keeps me on my toes.
Imagine you’re a cowboy riding your horse.
You come to an intersection. You remember being told you should go right but the horse wants to go left.
The cowboy is the mind: logical, certain, safe.
The horse is the heart: intuitive, wild, mysterious.
I’ve been learning to trust the horse.
Just this week, I felt a pull to go to the mountains — to San Martín de los Andes — even though I’d already paid for my apartment in Buenos Aires until November 1st.
My mind said: Stay. Be smart.
My heart said: Go.
So I went ahead and booked the flight.
Here’s to continuing to live a life aligned with truth.

Thank you for acting
The advantage of people who don’t act is that they don’t make mistakes.
Coming to Argentina was an unknown. I acted with the knowledge I had at the time.
That act alone taught me more about who I am than any “safe” decision ever could.
I used to run every choice through my mind’s calculator, trying to make sure I couldn’t go wrong.
But I show up differently when I’m trying not to mess up versus intending to learn.
Sometimes the wrong door is just another way to reach the right one.
Losing oneself seems to be part of finding oneself.
To my past self that made the move, thank you.
To anyone thinking about taking that leap, here’s to truly living.
Self-Trust: The Real Work
The thing you’re convinced is wrong with your life — health, relationship, money — might not be the real thing.
You think it’s your discipline, your consistency, your communication. But often it’s just this: You don’t fully trust yourself, yet.
Every part of life is connected.
When I don’t trust myself to have my own back, I become attatched to outcomes.
When I do, everything moves easier.
Self-trust means knowing you’ll be okay no matter what happens.
Doing from Freedom
Lately, I’ve been feeling this deep energy of freedom, especially in doing what I love: coaching, creating, sharing.
In the past, I’d get massive bursts of inspiration. The let’s build the whole thing right now kind of energy.
But that fire used to burn out just as fast as it came. I’d feel pressure to make it all happen now.
Now I don’t need to force it.
I trust that it will unfold.
I ask myself one question:
What’s the next step that excites me?
That question keeps me grounded.
It reminds me I don’t need to control the timeline. I can create from energy, not fear.
I used to resist making videos, it felt like a chore.
Now I ask: What would it feel like to create videos as if it were a holiday?
A holiday means ease, joy, flow. I don’t have to rush. I just follow what feels alive. You can see how it’s evolving.
It’s not about doing less, it’s about doing from freedom.
And there’s real power in that.
Double B
Before the holidays, I’m offering ten free 1-hour sessions for people ready to create more freedom, energy, and power in their life.
I have seven left.
If you feel the pull toward something new, something more true this conversation is for you. If this speaks to you, follow that feeling.
