The truth? Nobody was going to trust me until I trusted myself.
And something wild happened when I finally did, my entire coaching practice transformed. Not because I suddenly became "ready" but because I decided I already was. I owned my truth.
Sitting there with Daniel, I saw it clearly. We were going to run circles healing the entire world before he'd ever feel "ready." "Yeah... I'm ready."
As we ended the call, he said, "You won't recognize the guy who shows up next week."
